What we collect

When you request a quote, book a visit, refer someone, apply to work with us, call, or text, we keep what you give us: your name, phone number, email, property address, and the notes and photos you send.

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. The site also records basic page visits so we can see which pages people use.

How we use it

To answer your request, price and schedule the work, send confirmations, reminders and photo reports, take payment, and keep a record of the job for the 1-year workmanship warranty. We do not sell your information.

Text messages

• When you give us your number on a form, call us, or text us, you agree that Archimedes Property Services may text you about that request. Texts cover replies to your request, scheduling, reminders, arrival notices, and job updates.
• Some replies come from our automated assistant, including a text when we miss your call. You can ask for a person at any time.
• Message frequency varies with your job. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (346) 220-1061.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Your text opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that run the tools we use to do the work: our phone and texting service, email, payments, scheduling, website hosting, and an AI service that helps write text replies. They may use it only to provide that service to us. We also share information when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep job records for as long as we need them to run the business and honor the warranty. To see, correct, or delete what we have about you, email jared@archimedespropertyservices.com or call (346) 220-1061.
