How we work
Every job starts with a clear price. Common services are listed with their price on this site, and anything else gets a quote after we see photos or the property.
Every visit ends with a photo report, so you can see the finished work even if you weren't home. If something we did fails within a year because of how it was done, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Calls, texts and requests get a reply within 4 business hours, Monday through Saturday.
