We'd rather serve a small list of hosts well than a long list badly.
NRG Stadium hosts seven World Cup matches between June 11 and July 19. Houston STR bookings in walkable neighborhoods are pacing 3 to 4x normal rate, with nightly averages running $450 to $1,100. That kind of demand exposes every loose hinge, dying AC, and dead lock battery in your portfolio, and it does it in front of the highest-stakes guests you'll host all year. We're keeping the host count small on purpose so the response stays fast, the same crew sees the same houses, and nothing falls through. When the booking calendar is full, we close the list until August.

03 / How your quote is built
Your number depends on your portfolio. Here's what moves it.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-three pricing for a tournament-window service. After the walkthrough, you get a single locked monthly rate, billed for June and July only, that reflects what your specific properties actually need. Five things move the number:

Number of properties
More properties means a lower per-door rate. Portfolio discounts kick in at 3 and again at 6.

Property condition
We walk it and price it. A 2024-built unit in Memorial costs less to maintain than a 1962 bungalow in the Heights. Both are welcome.

Distance from match venues
Properties walkable to NRG, downtown, or the Galleria see higher booking density and steeper SLAs. Quotes reflect drive time and tournament-window demand.

Response SLA tier
Choose 24-hour, 12-hour, or same-day. Higher tier means a higher rate, but it's cheaper than one canceled night.

Turnover frequency
Back-to-back same-day turns through the tournament cost more to staff than a 2-night-minimum schedule.

$2,499 – $4,999+
Multi-property and luxury listings ($600+/night). Includes same-day SLA, direct line, dedicated weekend coverage.
Pricing covers the full June 11 to July 19 tournament window, billed in two monthly installments. Major repairs (over $750 labor) quoted separately at member rate. Properties outside Loop 610 add a flat travel adjustment quoted at walkthrough.

A host with three properties two blocks from NRG needs a different SLA than a host with three properties in Katy. We'd rather quote it right than over-promise on a flat rate.
